I moved around quite a bit with my husband and two children, having moved from the Bega Valley to Sydneys South West, and now Gundagai. I come from Scottish Heritage. My ancestors were Vikings from Scandinavia that traveled across the waters to Scotland in the 1300's. I belong to
the Clan MacNeacail of Scorrybreac.
I feel we should motivate people to search for all treatments that can help, including prayer and spiritual guidance to assist with letting go of loss, grief, family disharmony and other stressful emotions that cause illness and problems in the mind and body.
Himalayan Goji Juice offers wonderful nutrition and helps with anxiety and stress, along with Ear Candling, but allot of the healing must also come from within. Pray from the heart in times of stress, grief or sorrow or use spiritual meditation and relaxation techniques to help with your healing. The power of prayer is astounding.
